Higher Light Decrees are statements or declarations of intention to the Universe. This transmission addresses the stuck, frozen and lost parts of your being that need healing, love and light to reconnect them back to you, and reconnect them back to the safety and love of your Higher Self.

We call upon a number of beings for assistance, Goddess Isis, Goddess Hathor and all beings of light working with these two aspects of the Divine Feminine. We call upon Archangels of the Sun and your Higher Self. We begin by asking the Archangels and supporting beings of light to create a sphere of gold, pink and aqua blue light around. This enables a safe space of healing and reconnection to the light.

We begin by connecting to aspects of your psyche that experienced the journey in the womb of your Mother. Reaching any part of your being that feels frozen in time and space. This transmission is for any parent (or blood relation) of one or more children who wish to energetically protect their children from lower frequency interference.

We begin by calling the child and their Higher Self. We ask their Higher Self for permission to do the clearing and protection work. The first section of the meditation concerns protecting their bedroom space so that the child can safely enter the Dreaming Planes at night. The next section concerns severing any dark cords attached to the child originating from any other being, group or from any system such as the 3D education system. This track calls upon different Angels and on Angelic Fire in order to clear Dark Thought Forms in your reality or touching you of Hate, Malice, Rage. Also of Lust, or some other unholy addictive Desire. Also, of Fear, Despair and Dread.

A thought form is an energy field that is created on the earth-plane and moves in the astral planes, invisible to all those without any form of astral vision. They are created through thought and vitalised by emotion. These thought forms can affect any unaware being on the physical plane who come into contact with them.

Thought forms can be positive/uplifting or negative/low vibrational in nature. Thought forms can be created by an individual or more powerfully by a group. Mostly they are created unconsciously though some individuals with occult training can consciously create thought forms for positive or negative intentions.

A positive thought form can be created by a devotional group praying for peace for instance. It can be created by a person sending a strong wish for a loved one to be protected. A "dark" thought form is generated by intense and negative emotions and associated habitual thoughts, such as hatred, jealousy, fear, or malice.

A place can hold a thought form such as a building acting as a political forum. A place can hold fear and anger such as where a murder is committed. Some places may have a thought form of suicide. For instance there are two places I know of in the UK that hold such a thought form.

The I AM Presence” is also known as Divine Presence, the Monad, the Oversoul, the Christ Self, the God or Goddess Self, the Buddha within, and Krishna-Consciousness to name just a few. It is the part of us that exists in the realms of Spirit, the part that is closest to the Divine. In terms of clearing and protection the I Am Presence is level of consciousness that contains no interference from lower forces. The I Am Presence is beyond all illusion and deception. The I Am Presence is essentially the next level up beyond the Higher Self. We could also perhaps think of the I Am Presence as the guiding force of our Higher Self.

In this remastered transmission we call upon the angelic forces working in this dimension to help create a forcefield of light around us. Archangel Michael works on sealing our etheric field, repairing any rips and tears. Metatron seals the outer layers of our auric field with Golden-White light from the Christ Grid that emanates from the Central Sun.

When this preparation work has been done we can upon our beloved I Am Presence to create a pillar of crystalline white light some 12 feet in diameter to seal and protect us. In this light we ask the I Am Presence to close any portals/openings to any lower dimensions.

This is a good transmission to begin your day. It can also be used before you enter the dream-state. The Pillar of Light will stay with you for a certain period of time. The more you repeat this transmission the more stable the pillar of light becomes in your reality.
