In this transmission Archangel Sandalphon opens two points of light in the crystalline grid of the earth. Each of these is a gateway into an ancient earth. The first a rocky, crystalline and fiery earth. The second a green and lush earth. In each you have the opportunity to surrender any energies that do not serve you.

Here, you can surrender the pain of the past, any old disappointments, regrets, perceived failures, perceived mistakes, choices that did not work out as well as you had hoped. Here, you can surrender any old guilt and fear. Here you can surrender any dreams that did not manifest as you had wished. Any places where you felt helpless, powerless, unable to determine your destiny. Cravings are intense desires driven by physical, emotional, or neurological triggers. Whatever the craving, whether for alcohol, food, sex or drugs there can be a loss of control where the craving simply takes over. Cravings can seek to numb or manage stress, anxiety, depression, or past trauma. All cravings have negative consequences and in some cases can cause strain in personal and professional relationships, also financial strain and with some can lead to risky behaviours.

This transmission begins with a closing and sealing of the energy fields. This is followed by calling on the Higher Self and Metatron to clear any lower entities, energies and psychic cording associated with the craving. Then there is a direct clearing within the energetic core of the craving that exists in the body and energy fields. This clearing is done with three different kinds of angelic fire. Finally, we call on your Higher Self for guidance concerning a new mental-emotional-physical response to replace this craving.

Cybele is an ancient Anatolian Mother of the Gods, representing the earth, fertility, and wild nature. Worshipped across Phrygia, then Greece, and Rome (where she was known as Magna Mater or the Great Mother). The Greek writer Homer wrote that Cybele is "the Mother of all gods and all human beings." Cybele became associated with several Greek deities such as Rhea, Demeter and Dionysus. The Romans believed that Cybele was the Mother-Goddess of ancient Troy.

I met this Goddess in Istanbul (May 2026) where I was woken from the dreaming planes in the middle of the night by an orchestra of cats. Then, as the cats quietened down, I felt the touch of the Goddess and she showed me her energy on the earth-plane was very ancient going back to Neolithic hunters. Later she was present during the great shift from hunter-gathering to agriculture. I was shown the symbol of a sheath of grain and also grapes. She is seeking to return to these ancient lands and to this world.

In this transmission we connect with three qualities of the earth-mother Goddess, the wild ecstatic feminine, safety/protection, and golden abundance. We also connect to her sister, the Goddess of the sun and in this connection there is a rebalancing of the masculine and feminine within so they begin to operate with higher levels of harmony/unity.

In this transmission you are invited to invoke a triangular force of energy within you. The top point, around the crown is your Higher Self. One of the lower points of the triangle holds the energy of your inner critical voice. The other lower point holds the energy of your inner child that is part of your vulnerability. Both energies invoked into the lower two points have energetic threads into different parts of your body, mind and energy fields.

We then tune into the inner critic, this is the part that has internalised all the critical voices you experienced in your childhood and adolescent years. The critical parents, teachers, and others. Listen to all of its mental yammer-yammer, all of its judgements and critiques about you and your life. Notice the feel in your body of the energy of this self, the density, movement and colour of it. Tune into the tone and volume of its voice. We call upon Archangel Raphael and angels of peace to transmit a white-green angelic light into the core of its energy.

As this is happening call the inner child to enter the third point of the triangle. Then tune into the energy of this part here and explain to the inner child that the parental-critic is going through an upgrade and not to be afraid. We then call upon Archangel Gabriel and angels of love to transmit a white-gold-pink angelic light into your heart and lower chakras, anywhere in your body and energy fields you feel this child self present in you.
