Higher Light Decrees are statements or declarations of intention to the Universe. They could be considered as a very focused form of prayer, though they are not here being made to some unknown deity spoken about in some religious text. These are declarations or prayers to Universal Intelligence of which you intimately connected. These declarations are made to God/Goddess All That is, your Teams in Spirit including your OverSoul, Higher Self and all helpful Archangels and beings of light.

This transmission focuses on releasing beliefs, imprints and programming that blocks good fortune. Good fortune could be described as an auspicious state resulting from favorable outcomes. Good fortune could also be described as good luck or a sense of ongoing flow. As you are aware we create our good fortune, our good luck, from the inside out.

In this transmission we focus on three energy centres. The sacral, heart and third eye. Within each energy centre you will find a crystal chalice. In each centre you will be asked to notice the colour and brilliance or lack thereof of each crystal chalice. Each one may be facing the right way up or it may be partially inverted or completely facing downwards or completely facing downwards. If it is in any position either than facing upwards, then you may have some programming and limiting beliefs around deserving and receiving good fortune.

Working with the moon for magical purposes has been common in many cultures for thousands of years. The moon is certainly powerful since it is the closest object to the earth. Many admire the beauty of the moon, however that beauty is merely reflecting the beauty and light of the sun that is connected to the Higher Intelligence of this Universe.

Lunar magick has been used in spell work and magical rituals for thousands of years. Practitioners of lunar magick use the changing phases of the moon, from waxing to full to waning, for a variety of healing, manifestation and unfortunately also darker purposes. Even a positive intention such as a love spell can work to limit the sender and receiver of the spell.

There is the common idea that the moon is a neutral energy and therefore can be used for both good and evil purposes. This is not entirely correct since the moon is not a natural body. I do not feel there is any innate consciousness within the moon that can be connected to. In other words, it could be considered to be spiritually empty. However, there are many lower astral beings connected to the moon, and these are not safe for Starseeds to work with.

The safest way to work energetically is to call upon the Solar-Gaia circuit, this is a channel of light that runs through the physical body and connects us from the base chakra down to the crystalline core of the earth and from the crown chakra up to the crystalline core of the sun.
