Emma Jones Blackshire's life is a testament to the power of dedication, faith, and education. Born as the 10th child to sharecroppers, Mose and Beatrice Jones, she embraced the wisdom imparted by her parents that: "With God, all things are possible." This belief fueled her academic pursuits and instilled in her a passion for adventure. There, she dedicated over 14 years to teaching JROTC at Franklin Parish high school, shaping the lives of young individuals until her retirement in 2023.
Emma’s commitment to social causes is evident in her founding of Bullying
