Kishori Yogini dreamt of a life in the city, and pursued this path to becoming a TV presenter, securing jobs at Channel 4, Loose Women and MTV but after some serendipitous turn of events, she found herself living in temples, marrying an ex-monk, and following a Bhakti Yoga path. In this episode we hear her beautiful story of finding yoga, what yoga really means and how it can impact one's life. Breathwork is becoming more and more popular, thanks to the the rise of apps like Headspace and an increased focus on holistic wellbeing and mindfulness, more people are tapping in to their breath as a tool to navigate their life with more ease. After discovering and forming my own practise I've found it to be hugely beneficial in managing stress and connecting deeper with who I am so I wanted to open up the conversation with a seasoned wellness professional to discover more. In this episode with Zarah, who's been practising a little longer than I (12 years!!!) shares her passion for the breath and its ability to nurture and heal us not only physically, but also emotionally and spiritually. 

We talk about reconnecting with our intuition, understanding our power and being in tune with our selves as well as decoding different types of practise including conscious connected breathwork and pranayama.
