    Amal is a straight shooter who cares deeply about people. She's willing to get vulnerable and share her own mistakes. She's passionate about helping people feel more confident and less stressed because she knows first-hand what it feels like to be stressed out, frustrated, and unsure of herself. She worked in corporate America for more than 15 years, feeling overwhelmed and constantly questioning her abilities, but pretending she was confident on the outside.

    The tools and methods she developed in her leadership coaching practice helped her change her life for the better, which put her in the position to help others. For the past 7 years, Amal has helped more than 500 leaders feel more confident, and less stressed.
