Welcome back to the Untriggered Parenting Podcast.

On this *bonus* episode, my special guest is Cassie Swift who is the founder and organiser of the Children's Mental Health Matters Summit.
We discuss what to expect from this years summit and the need to get the mental health crisis under control.

    About Cassie
Hi I’m Cassie, the founder and organiser of the Children’s Mental Health MattersTM Summit. I am Mum to my three young, beautiful, caring and mischievous children.

As a child myself, I experienced bullying throughout my entire school life and due to this, I obviously didn’t enjoy school. I wish that there had been a Children’s Life Coach I could have turned to, because as a result over the years my mental health deteriorated. This is not something I wish for any child and no child deserves to feel this way or experience what I went through.

You can connect with Cassie and find out more about the summit on the website https://childrensmentalhealthmatterssummit.co.uk/
