  • And Then I Fired The Boss
    Jul 2 2024

Latro's transformation into a collectively managed organization in the interview with its founder Haluk Can Hur.

Haluk Can is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor and an active member of the European Startup ecosystem. He is among (still) few founders who chose to decentralize the decision making in his company. As he puts it "he fired himself (as a boss)" and now his company is collectively managed by all its members.

In this interview he's sharing his experience of establishing a boss-less company:

His motivations, how he went about it, what works really well and what has been and continues to be a challenge. He shares advise for others who want to move a little closer to a decentralized management.

The conversation is really much broader than just organizational design - it's about social structures, ownership and personal growth.

    Companies mentioned:

    Latro

    Huudle
