It's time to talk about it...

We went viral a few weeks ago, and not necessarily for the best reasons. In this episode we break down exactly what happened, how people reacted, and the TikTok Trend that was created because of it. (We also talk about friendship and some other things, but you'll have to watch it to see that part.)

  • Why we NEED to be talking about Suicide - with Cassandra Simington | Ep 30
    Sep 25 2024

    Send us a message!

September is Suicide Awareness Month, so in this episode of That's How You Feel, we thought it necessary to have a meaningful discussion about suicide and how it affects us all. We all know someone - or ARE someone - who has been impacted by suicide. Mental Health Specialist and Bereavement Counselor Cassandra Simington shares her story from struggle to survival, and opens up about why suicide seems to be the only answer for so many who are in darkness.

This episode is heavier than most, so viewer discretion is advised.

The best way to combat darkness is to shine a light on it.
