What can actually happen is that if you are like me and you slip into a pattern of thinking that you need to do all the things and that it is the only way that people are going to see value in you, and that's the only that you're going create value, then you going land yourself in a place where you just freeze at a certain point and then all of a sudden you figuratively collapse.

So instead of doing that, try to incorporate rest into your life at a steady pace that makes what you are doing sustainable. Because that's what we're going for in life is we want to work hard, and we want to create a business and we wanna make a lot of money, but we wanted to be sustainable.

We want also to live our life. We also want our time freedom. We also want to be able to be with our family whenever we need to. And not have to work our schedule around a 9 -5 employer, if possible.

That was my goal. And I'm sure that for a lot of you, that's your goal as well.

I think that for a long time, society has made women feel like there can only be one woman on the top, there can only be one woman who is like a CEO, and she has to be the most ruthless, powerful woman out there.

And the truth of the matter is that it's BS. That is a gimmick. And it's just a lie. There are so many women out there who are amazing at so many different things, but they just lack the confidence in themselves to just kind of step up and tell the world like, "hey, I'm really good at this thing".

We need to be open and willing to lift each other up and help each other because we don't need to be pinned against one another.

We were made to see other women as a threat, to see other women as competition and immediately just try to like outrank them.

But the exact opposite needs to happen, and then that is where we make the most massive impact, and that is where the magic happens.
