  • What can actually happen is that if you are like me and you slip into a pattern of thinking that you need to do all the things and that it is the only way that people are going to see value in you, and that's the only that you're going create value, then you going land yourself in a place where you just freeze at a certain point and then all of a sudden you figuratively collapse.

    So instead of doing that, try to incorporate rest into your life at a steady pace that makes what you are doing sustainable. Because that's what we're going for in life is we want to work hard, and we want to create a business and we wanna make a lot of money, but we wanted to be sustainable.

    We want also to live our life. We also want our time freedom. We also want to be able to be with our family whenever we need to. And not have to work our schedule around a 9 -5 employer, if possible.

    That was my goal. And I'm sure that for a lot of you, that's your goal as well.
