STEM From Dance is a New York City -based nonprofit that empowers young woman of color to discover their love for science, technology engineering, and math through the power of dance. These young women learn to express themselves and find their passion for making a better tomorrow.

    Yamilee herself is a MIT Mechanical Engineering graduate as well as an avid dancer for over 21 years.
