  • Summary

  • Rainbows are Circles is a podcast celebrating the magic, wonder and possibility of life! Get fresh insights from inspirational guests discussing personal development, spirituality, alternative health and "magical" practices (think astrology, crystals, and energy healing, oh my!) Much of what we discuss is not mainstream or scientifically proven - which is exactly why it's so important to approach the topics with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to be guided by our own direct experiences. I invite you to join me on this journey of personal development and life exploration. Let's push our boundaries, challenge the status quo, and wake up to wonder... together!

  • Stop Doing Everything Yourself! Why Delegation is Key to Your Success - Ep40
    Nov 24 2024

The Power of Delegation What would you do with your extra time if you didn't feel like you had to do everything yourself?

Many of us struggle to let go, fearing that only we can do things "the right way." But learning to delegate effectively can fee up time, reduce stress, and elevate your success.

In this episode, we'll explore the benefits of delegating, how to tap into your "zone of genius," and why focusing on fewer things leads to exponential growth. Reflection questions:
    1. Do you feel a resistance to delegating? Why do you think that is?
    2. If you could delegate 1 thing in your life, how would that free up your time? What impact would this have?

  • Overcome Imposter Syndrome: Trust in Yourself and Stay the Course - Ep39
    Nov 22 2024

Do you struggle with self-doubt, perfectionism, and constantly not feeling good enough?

Imposter syndrome is characterized by a persistent feeling of self-doubt and insecurity, despite evidence of success or competence. People experiencing imposter syndrome often feel like they don't deserve their achievements or that they're "faking it," even when they’re clearly skilled or accomplished.

Downplaying compliments, perfectionism, and feeling like a fraud are all ways that imposter syndrome shows up. Recognizing these symptoms is the first step in overcoming imposter syndrome. Once recognized, we can reframe our beliefs, consciously acknowledge and celebrate our achievements, and build trust and confidence in ourselves over time.
