  • この番組は、免田事件の再審無罪判決から40年を機に、事件を振り返り、なぜ「冤罪」が 引き起こされたのか？免田さんが34年以上も獄中でどう闘い、無実を勝ち取っていったのか等を、 当時取材した元記者たちへのインタビューを中心に制作しました。えん罪事件や再審公判が 開かれている事件もある中、免田事件の教訓は生かされているのかを問いかけた番組です。
