Gerald Pollack is a pioneer when it comes to water research. Pollack received his PhD in biomedical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 1968. He then joined the University of Washington faculty and is now professor of Bioengineering. He has received an honorary doctorate in 2002 from Ural State University in Ekaterinburg, Russia, and has been named an Honorary Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences and foreign member and Academician of the Srpska Academy. He received the Biomedical Engineering Society’s Distinguished Lecturer Award in 2002. In 2008, his colleagues chose him as the recipient of his university’s highest annual distinction; the UW Faculty Lecturer Award. Pollack is a Founding Fellow of the American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineering and a Fellow of both the American Heart Association and the Biomedical Engineering Society. He received an NIH Director’s Transformative R01 Award. He was the 2012 recipient of the Prigogine Medal for thermodynamics of dissipative systems, and in 2014 he received the Scientific Excellence Award from the World Academy of Neural Therapy, as well as the Dinsdale Prize from the Society for Scientific Exploration. He is the Founding Editor-in-Chief of the journal WATER. The Executive Director of the Institute for Venture Science; and founder of the Annual Conference on the Physics, Chemistry, and Biology of Water.

He has authored several books, most notably 'Cells, Gels and the Engines of Life' as well as 'The Fourth Phase of Water'. Both of these books outline the details of his own and his predecessor's research on water and cell biology.

A scientist, researcher, author, inventor, and leader in the field of light science, Dr. Martin Moore-Ede, M.D., Ph.D., has been a leading expert on circadian clocks and their regulation by light for over 40 years. As a professor at Harvard Medical School (1975 – 1998), he led the team that located the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN), the biological clock in the human brain that controls the timing of sleep and wake. As founder and CEO of the global consulting firm Circadian, he pioneered technologies to help people safely adapt to working around the clock. The book provides clear guidance on how to use healthy circadian lights to provide the right light at the right time of day.

Olle Johansson is a professor, retired from the Karolinska Institute (in Nov 2017 but still very active in research). He was at the Department of Neuroscience, head of The Experimental Dermatology Unit, Stockholm, Sweden, and previously at the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. Of course, the Karolinska Institute and the Royal Institute of Technology are famous for their associations with the Nobel Prizes in Physiology or Medicine, Chemistry, and Physics.

Dr Johansson is a world-leading authority in the field of EMF radiation and health effects. Among many achievements he coined the term "screen dermatitis" which later on was developed into the functional impairment called electrohypersensitivity or EHS, which recognition is mainly due to his work. He has published more than 800 original articles, reviews, book chapters and conference reports within the fields of basic and applied neuroscience, dermatoscience, epidemiology, and biophysics, and is one of the 14 scientists/authors behind the original Bioinitiative Report.- that detailed the relationship between the electromagnetic fields associated with powerlines and wireless devices and health.

Of interest is his passion to help accommodate the people with the functional impairment EHS or electrohypersensitivity under the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. He was featured in the 2018 documentary Generation Zapped.

Since 2017, he has continued to investigate the adverse health and biological effects of microwave and radiofrequency radiation from wireless technology, relying on support from personal donations.

Johansson’s ongoing research will further improve our understanding of how and why electromagnetic fields are harming humans, animals, plants and bacteria.

As an electro-mechanical engineer by training, Nico Martens had a very successful career at Procter & Gamble & Hewlett Packard before he realized there was more to life than what he had perceived through his five senses.
