  • On today’s episode we are speaking to one of our favourite Dubai-based Midwifes all about the third trimester and birth and oh my I have so many questions! Nicola Oliver, also known as The Fit Midwife, has over a decade of experience working first in the NHS, then in Dubai.

    She is a wizard in her field with an immense amount of knowledge under her belt and also has a strong background in caring for women in high risk pregnancies, multiple pregnancies and pregnancy loss. Nikki works as pregnancy/birth/postpartum support, providing her midwifery knowledge, evidence based information and one to one support throughout. She is also a REPs certified pre and postnatal personal trainer with a special interest in the role of fitness for improving birth outcomes and rehabilitation in a postnatal setting.
