• 047 Airial Re’nal and Scott Doucet, The TrepTech Podcast
    Oct 17 2023

Rising up from Davy Jones’ Locker, parting the strange mists of the Bermuda Triangle, thus the TrepTech Podcast returns to the Seven Seas of Podcasting!

Airial Re’nal is a veteran of both entrepreneurship and military service. She started her podcasting journey with The Veteran Woman, a show dedicated to helping ex-servicefolks - and women in particular - succeed in both post-military life and entrepreneurship. She has a particular passion for applying technology smartly to streamline and improve entrepreneurs’ lives.

Airial has once again united with podcast producer Scott Doucet, the brains (and in some cases, brawn) behind Podcast Bay Productions, to produce the TrepTech Podcast, where the two talk about tech, marketing and the entrepreneur’s life.

Join Captain Rob as he chats with both Airial and Scott about how how selling your best friend is easier than selling yourself, who Amy Porterfield is, whether a bathroom is a worthy sacrifice for audio quality, Scott being a crazy cat man and Rob’s tally of folks declaring his intros to be the best in podcasting!

    Mar 15 2023

We civilians tend to think of our first responders - police officers, paramedics and fire brigade members - and other folks in high-intensity service sectors like hospitals and the military -  almost exclusively in terms of their jobs. It may surprise you to learn that they can be just as keen on entrepreneurship and the side hustle as folks in the business sector.

Dave Leath’s podcast, The Hero Academy, is all about these people and how they incorporate entrepreneurship into very busy, on-call working lives. Dved himself combines being a detective with over 17 years as an active street cop under his belt with writing books, speaking and coaching fellow first responders in entrepreneurship. Each episode of The Hero Academy features a chat with a fellow current or former first responder who has created their own venture.

Join Captain Rob as he chats with Dave about sneaking questions into interviews, Dave’s own Venkman moment, how one hundred (not three) is the magic number and how the word “hope” is an acronym.
