Learn more about us - theContinua.com About Dr. Ryan Chow: Dr. Ryan Chow was born and raised in NYC. He Graduated from the University of Michigan in 2010 with an Exercise Science degree. Dr. Ryan Chow became a personal trainer then the manager of a boutique gym. Later, he moved on to became a NY State licensed Personal Training teacher in 2015. After that he started training people privately in 2016. His journey then continued on to Mercy College where he graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Fastforward to 2018 he Started Reload!
