    Chloe & Steph also go into the importance of communication in long-term relationships, the need for self-awareness, and the significance of being intentional about how we present ourselves and our relationships to the world.Chloe emphasises the necessity of sharing our evolving selves with loved ones to foster deeper connections and understanding.
