    Like many career mums, as you'll hear, Clare is an exceptionally busy woman so even the fact that she managed to fit exercise into her life was quite an achievement. But, also like many of us, the only reason she did was that feeling that she 'should' so although she'd keep at it she never really vibed with it... until she tried jump rope that is!
