    Sophia Lovasz is a seasoned retail leader with over 30 years of experience in collegiate retail and strategic relationship building, leading brick and mortar operations and ecommerce on college campuses. Throughout her career, she developed a keen understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with serving diverse student, faculty and staff populations. During that time, she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies, with an HR certificate, at Barry University, and received her Masters of Business Administration degree at Northeastern University.

    Sophia is passionate about leveling the playing field for small business owners by providing and creating educational resources while advocating for inclusivity and equity. Sophia grew up working for her Haitian immigrant parents in their retail business and saw first hand the impact that is made when you build with the community in mind. It is that experience that drives her passion for continuous learning, storytelling, and enabling others. Sophia is also the Founder and CEO of Simply Visibility, where she helps students, employees, and entrepreneurs use social media to attract opportunities so they don’t have to chase them.
