  • D’origine belge de la plus belle ville du pays, Luc Lybert est venu dans les Cévennes en 1966. Ce territoire est aujourd’hui celui de son vignoble. Allergique aux sulfites, ce choix du vin naturel s’est réalisé de manière étonnante dans ce terroir très calcaire et minéral. Avec Vincent Sulfite, ils ont parlé de son histoire, de son rapport à la vigne et à la géologie en dégustant une bouteille de 2015, une année très tannique.
