  • Do Not Use Love as a Come-Up: Lessons From The Bad Vegan
    Mar 25 2022
In this final episode of the season, I discuss my latest paintings and make an announcement. The show will go on hiatus for the foreseeable future. I am working on my portfolio as part of the Milan Art Institute Mastery Program. Since I also work a day job full time, something had to go. Unfortunately, I will pause the podcast here, and return once the program is over. Also in this episode, I discuss my take-aways from the popular Netflix documentary Bad Vegan. My goal is never to judge, but to learn from the mistakes of others. Her biggest mistake, in my opinion, was not believing in her own goddess nature. She was desperate for a toxic man to bestow that onto her. Instead, he turned her into an empty shell, and destroyed everything she had built up. LADIES! Please don't let this happen to you! • Performing Your Authentic Self - Race as Performance Art
    Mar 11 2022
How much of what we do is authentic, and how much is determined by the roles and scripts we were given at birth? In this episode, I recount the self-exploration I did as I completed two self-portraits this week. It got me thinking about our roles in society, and how they can push us to do what is expected rather than what is truly in our hearts to do. This is especially true when it comes to the big categories like race and gender. For questions and suggestions, please email me at Questions@RavenKushner.com. • Self Love Is Your Superpower!
    Mar 4 2022
This week, while painting, I discovered that self-love is our superpower. It has the power to defeat negativity of all kinds, including racism. As a survivor of narcissistic abuse, I was shocked to realize how much narcissism and racism have in common. As daunting as both racism and sexism are, self-love does actually have the power to defeat and nullify both of these corrosive emotional disorders. Please submit any honest questions about race, narcissism, fine art, or spirituality to Questions@RavenKushner.com Please follow me on Instagram: https://www.Instagram.com/ravensfineart.ravenkushner (@RavensFineArt.RavenKushner) Mentioned in the show: https://www.RavenKushner.com for fine art prints and products I See Color: Identifying, Understanding, and Reducing Our Hidden Racism: A White Perspective by Robert Pellegrino https://artprof.org/ - Art Prof provides free art education

In the episode, I draw an analogy between working only for money and being a guy "after only one thing" in the dating world. Don't be that person! The 7 major keys in a nutshell are as follows: Desire Persistence Clarity The subconscious Planning Right association No fear-based decisions Bonus: 8) Understand that as you grow, your emotions may be all over the place, and things may look like they're falling apart. If so, you are on the right track! At the end, I introduce the new book I'll be reviewing. It is called I See Color: Identifying, Understanding and Reducing Our Hidden Racism: A White Perspective by Robert L. Pellegrino.

In this episode, I prove that the name of the book is a bit of a misnomer! You definitely have to do more than think in order to grow rich! But it's also not difficult to put a sound plan together. I believe it is our duty to use our awesome gifts to make the world a better place. The evidence is clear that we will be rewarded in many ways for doing so. Follow along as I discuss all the practical tools Hill provides. Mentioned in the episode is the book https://www.amazon.com/Days-Work-You-Love-Preparing/dp/1433685922/ref=sr_1_1?crid=1CLF09AZ3TM2&keywords=48+days+to+the+work+you+love+dan+miller&qid=1645064153&sprefix=48+days%2Caps%2C287&sr=8-1 (48 Days to the Work You Love) by Dan Miller.
