    On Oct 3rd John’s guest was James Quattrochi. For nearly three decades, genial and gregarious New Yorker James Quattrochi has pursued a career in the film industry on both sides of the camera. After moving to Los Angeles, in 1991, he produced and starred in KINGDOM OF THE BLIND which achieved critical acclaim at the Palm Springs and Santa Barbara Film Festivals. He then produced and directed TRUE FRIENDS, winning the Charleston International Film Festival. Being voted “Best Up and Coming Director” by the Laifa Film Awards and earned him a letter of endorsement from Martin Scorcese.

    James followed this promising start with work on several more projects in various roles as producer, director, and actor.     John’s guest, Tom Ohmer, is an American film, television, and stage actor, voiceover artist, and producer. He is also sought after in the entertainment industry as a precision driver, stuntman, and firearms expert.

    Having performed for more than 40 years, Tom can be seen in over 80 major motion pictures and TV shows, including Grey’s Anatomy, Nefarious, Criminal Minds, NCIS: Los Angeles, Days of Our Lives, Baywatch, Monk, Beverly Hills, 90210, Dynasty, Cheers, and many more. A Screen Actor’s Guild member since 1981, Ohmer’s first on-screen appearance was in the Oscar-winning film, Breaking Away, while attending Indiana University Bloomington. Ohmer honed his talents as a skilled marksman, firearms expert, stuntman, and technical advisor over his years with the US Army, and his former work as a Police Officer. Tom has also worked as a Motorcycle Police Officer, in real life and in front of the camera, and is an avid Harley-Davidson rider, logging in over a half-million miles throughout the years.

    Tom is the proud father of two great young men, and his favorite projects are family-friendly, faith-based ventures that cast a positive light on our military, police, and first responders. In his spare time, Ohmer works with various Veterans support groups and is a member of the American Legion Riders at Post 43 Hollywood.     John was an adjunct professor at three universities, including UCLA and the Art Center in Pasadena. John has also worked in the personal development industry with Tony Robbins as his mentor..     On August 18th, John's guest will be Jake Rademacher, Founder & President of Metanoia Films & Perseverance Productions. Between 2005-2007, Jake risked everything, including his life, to tell the story of his brothers serving in Iraq. While filming this award-winning feature film, Brothers at War, Jake was embedded with multiple units, filmed numerous combat engagements, and interviewed more than forty combat veterans in the warzone. The film played in movie theatres and premiered on Showtime on Memorial Day. To help Service Members and their Families process their experiences, Jake created the Brothers at War Resiliency Workshops. These workshops have been conducted for over 40,000 Service Members and their Families since 2011. In 2019, he partnered with the Gary Sinise Foundation on his latest feature film, Brothers After War, with Emmy Award Winners Gary Sinise and Phil Gurin as executive producers. Brothers After War recently World Premiered winning Best Military Film and Best Documentary Audience Choice Awards at the San Diego International Film Festival. The film will be released in movie theatres next year. Jake has also written, directed, and produced numerous commercials and short films. Jake's work has garnered numerous awards, and he is a Canon Chasing the Light Filmmaker. The Caucus of Producers, Writers, and Directors awarded him the Distinguished Service Award. He is also an honorary Colonel in the Oklahoma National Guard. He is a member of the Directors Guild of America and SAG/AFTRA.

    Robert Ham is an award-winning director/writer, an Army Combat Veteran, an alumnus of the USC School of Cinematic Arts MFA program, and the Owner/CEO of HAMMR Productions. Robert grew up in Los Angeles and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in film in 2005 and then joined the Army in 2007 as a combat documentarian/videographer. During his time in the military, he served a combat tour to Afghanistan in ’09-10 as a paratrooper with the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division (Airborne) and then would deploy over a dozen times to various areas in the Pacific (India, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Philippines). Robert received the Department of Defense Military Videographer of the Year award three times and then left active duty in 2014 and remained in the Army Reserve until 2017. Robert remains the most award-winning military videographer in the post-9/11 era. Robert has since graduated from USC’s cinema school with an MFA in Film/TV in 2017. He now owns and operates a service-disabled veteran-owned production company called HAMMR Productions. He has worked with a variety of companies such as Netflix,

    Amazon, Hulu, The Veteran’s Health Administration, the Department of Defense, Film 44/45, We Are The Mighty, All Warrior Network, Monster Energy, Veteran TV and has worked with such talents as Tom Hanks, Michelle Monaghan, Joe Mantegna, Toni Trucks and Max Martini on a variety of projects. Robert has won four Emmys and has been nominated for six more. In 2016 Robert was named a Pat Tillman Foundation Scholar and was honored at the 2023 Super Bowl as an honorary captain. In 2022, Robert debuted his first feature documentary about his late wife’s battle with cancer and their life journey called Made With Melanie. Robert’s second feature documentary, Interpreters Wanted, about Afghan interpreters, won the Founders’ Choice Award at the G.I. Film Festival and Best Documentary at the Arizona International Film Festival.
