    This is the fourteenth part of a multi-part series where throughout we will be discussing our experiences with depression and some of the effects depression had on us from our mental health to our personal lives and how we got through our day to day lives whilst battling this mental health illness, learning to understand it and how we sought help to address, control and resolve our depression.

    Please always remember you are not alone and that it is okay to not be okay. You are strong, believe in yourself and it is never too late to make a positive change in our lives.
