    Jan 15 2025

Lisa Shepherd is co-owner of the Biskery and a mum. They hand-make branded biscuits for businesses including Meta, Google and Lloyds Bank.

This is a literal kitchen-table business that has grown and scaled, but that's not the point of the Biskery.

So how do they do that?

    Leona chats to Lisa about:

    • How the Biskery was born from the kitchen table
    • Kindness, and how it is a cornerstone of their values
    • Our workplaces and why they need to change
    • Having a family and why that fundamentally changed her
    • Why bosses should respect what employees are going through every day
    • The Biskery and why it's much more than just a business
