Is a plant based diet as healthy for you and the environment as everyone says it is?

  • Summary

  • Welcome to episode 2 of The Wellness Girly. In today's episode I'm asking the question: is a plant based diet as healthy for you and the environment as everyone says it is? We discuss how I grew up as a vegetarian and spent most of my twenties vegan, whether regenerative and grass-fed meat and dairy is good for you and the environment, vegan vs. omnivore pregnancies and placentas, greenhouse gas emissions and soil health. I was inspired to make this episode after watching the new trendy Netflix docuseries; You Are What You Eat: A Twin Experiment. In today's episode, we focus on balance and have a truly positive and productive conversation about these often heat-filled debates. The moral of the story for me? You are allowed to change your mind either way.

I can't wait to get stuck in with you as we travel the world of wellness together in this conversational podcast.

The Wellness Girly podcast discusses all things women's health, wellness, relationships, joy, spirituality and more. It's like hanging out with your friends and maybe you'll learn something along the way.
