    Ghost Hall: Embracing Intimacy with Yourself and Others

    Intimacy, whether with yourself or others, often involves vulnerability and trust. When we've been betrayed or taught to doubt ourselves, we often feel uncomfortable and afraid to expose our inner selves. Cultivating intimacy starts with introspection and building trust within yourself first.

    Ghost Hall, is a metaphor for a private sanctuary within you- a small, intimate chamber next to your heart. You decide who is safe enough to be allowed into that intimate space. Intimacy is about trusting yourself to make the decision as to who to let in so that you can reclaim your power and achieve a deeper sense of connection with others.

    Ghost Hidden: The Journey Through Shame and Guilt

    Shame and guilt can be significant barriers to achieving innocence and self-forgiveness. Forgiveness, particularly of yourself, allows for healing and can guide you back to your original state of innocence. The theme of Ghost Hidden is about embracing the idea that freedom and innocence are innate rights, available to everyone willing to undertake this journey of self-discovery.

The first step is to become the watcher and find the areas of your life where you have allowed yourself to be your true self. 👀 Can you be truly YOU vs the YOU that is being influenced by past trauma and external pressures? What have you acquired along that way that takes you away from being your true self? ☯️ Listen in as Leta and Jaye share tips on how you can identify your hooks by examining areas where your True Qi may have been distorted. 🚀 Take your first step towards self-discovery and healing with gentle kindness toward yourself! - How you interface with the world: Observe your interactions in daily life, for example, at social events or while talking to people in mundane settings like the grocery store. It's normal to interface in different ways depending on your Element: If you're Wood, you'll likely be private, if you're Fire, you might be shy, if you're Earth, you might be really open, if you're Metal, you might hold back and watch, if you're Water, you might feel socially awkward at times and be very social other times. - Self-Doubt: Identify areas where you are doubting yourself and how this could be linked to past experiences. - Perception of the World: Examine whether you see the world as a threat and how this affects your authenticity. - Walking Your Path: Check if you are metaphorically on your life's intended path or if you are taking a detour. - Unconscious Beliefs: Understand if your deepest unconscious beliefs align with your stated beliefs. - Obsessive Thinking: Notice if certain thoughts dominate your mind and how to bring balance. - Authentic Self-Expression: Verify how you speak about yourself; avoid self-denigration and be genuine. - Heart Pains and Reactions: Be aware of deep emotions and how they can trigger disproportionate reactions. - Intimacy and True Qi: Explore your comfort level with intimacy and sharing your true self with loved ones. - Guilt, Shame, and Control: Acknowledge feelings of guilt and shame and how external control affects your Qi. - Identity and Authenticity: Reflect on whether you are the person you truly want to be and how closely you align with your authentic self. Being gentle with yourself during this observation process. Acknowledging that trauma can make this process difficult and patience and kindness towards yourself are crucial.
