After battling Lyme Disease for two years, I share my story and symptoms as well as those experienced by Dolly (my horse), Oksar (my dog) and other animals during communication sessions.

I talk about treatments including Doxycycline and Homeopathy and the importance of an anti-inflammatory diet and proper nutrition. Sleep, self-care and supportive healing modalities, including experiences of acupuncture and chiropractic are also discussed.

Lyme can be a challenging diagnosis and illness. I hope by sharing my story and the stories of my animals, it can help humans become aware and notice when they or their animal friends seem "off" and not quite right. Lyme manifests in a multiple of ways and I encourage listeners and clients to be vigilant about testing and treatment.

Very special recording of an Animal Communication session where I connected with Cosmo, the cat, and his loving person, Jennifer.

This is an unedited distance session conducted via phone last summer. It's the first time I connected telepathically with Cosmo and he shares about his essence and soul journey with Jennifer. We discuss their travel plans to Canada as well as upcoming construction.

This is an energetic connection and all information comes directly from Cosmo. My role is to remain open-hearted and send and receive his thoughts, feelings, and impressions and convey them to his person. We remain present to the flow of information and higher wisdom.
