Fascinating insights on Perimenopause

Such a great podcast - fascinating work on gut health/microbiome and particularly linked to perimenopause. So good to know diet can reduce peri symptoms by 35%!! Thank you for the incredible research you’re doing and such empowering knowledge. 🙌
