Frame hardness depending on the material

Choice of the racket according to the level and style of the player
A beginner or intermediate player who plays with topspin must use a medium or rigid racket with an elliptical or aerodynamic profile, with a balanced balance with a fall towards the head, weight must not exceed 310 grams, the size of the ring will oscillate from 100 to 110 square centimeters (midsize or oversize), since it is for those who have a moderate to short swing.
For an intermediate or advanced player who plays with topspin or flat, a medium or flexible racket is convenient, its profile must be rectangular or aerodynamic, its balance balanced with fall towards the fist, its weight 300 grams or more and the ring not must exceed 100 cm2 (mid or midsize) as it is for players who have a relatively long and fast swing
How to know the grip size to use
There are two types of markings that are specified in each racket, one is the integer called European (0,1, 2, 3, 4, 5) the other is in fraction called American (4, 4 1/8, 4 1 / 4, 4 3/8 4 1/2 4 5/8).
The most advisable for a woman or man who has a small hand is the number 2 or 4 ¼, a medium size hand would be for a 3 or 4 3/8 grip, and if the hand is larger it will be better to use a 4 grip or 4 ½.
