In today’s episode the founders of Her Tech Tales are all gathered again to talk about what we learned from our fantastic guests since we started our podcast on international women's day. What were the biggest teaching moments, what surprised us that the guest said and what will we take with us into our daily life.

The Her tech tales trio also gives you insight into how it was to start a podcast in two weeks and what were the scariest parts for us. We also share some personal stories and things that have happened in our lives the last few months and tell you a bit about what is our plans for season 2 after the Summer break.

We hope you tune in also after Summer and we promise to bring you more exciting guests and work even harder to have as many women as possible join the tech industry, as we believe it will bring better tech products to all of us!

We welcome Marianne Sandmæl to Her Tech Tales this Friday. Marianne is a change management guru, working with digital collaboration and technology at Coop, one of Norway's largest grocery chains.

Marianne is truly a people person, driven by working in teams towards strategic goals and getting everyone to use new technology. Her focus is to use proven methods to make her coworkers change the way they work. When she was young, she played handball and at the age of 11-12, kept a statistics journal on her performance in games and training sessions to improve - proving she was a goal oriented person from a young age. Marianne shares her experiences from studying pedagogy to entering the IT world and has many valuable tips to offer. Have a fantastic listen!

  • Horses, cloud and leadership
    May 20 2024

This week we talking to a real power woman, the Country Leader of Nordcloud in Norway, Therese Olafsen Mørck. Therese has worked in Tech since 2007 and thinks that you can’t find an industry more dynamic!

We get to know that Therese had a lot of responsibilities at a young age, and through this has learned to “just get things done”. She is also very open about being able to make mistakes as a leader and learn from them. Nobody is perfect 😀. She also admits that she is not the typical “techie”, but that there are roles in tech for so many of us - just learn, adopt and you will find your way!

We also off course talk about cloud and all of the opportunities with this technology- which is a topic Therese loves (as she should ;))! Tune in for an inspiring session with a woman as dynamic as the industry she loves!
