  • The Neuroscience of Politics: Brain Differences Between Liberals and Conservatives
    Oct 8 2024

On this episode of Go Help Yourself, Lisa shares three articles about political neuroscience: how imagination exercises can alter political views, from The Washington Post, anatomical differences in liberal and conservative brains from Scientific American, and how brains of the same political affiliation view (and sometimes bias) information similarly from Brown University. Keeping these differences in mind can also help to bring empathy those ever-so-tricky political conversations.

Misty also shares the America In One Room political experiment by Helena.org.
