I am a former primary school teacher who finally quit the classroom after 20 years back in July 2021 aged 49 after having a HUGE epiphany during a laughter yoga workshop.

Since then I have been on a mission to get on stages and share laughter yoga far and wide to celebrate what an incredibly powerful wellness tool it is to have in your toolkit. I’ve had some incredible opportunities over the last few years delivering transformational workshops at many events and festivals including Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place, Mind Body Spirit Festival and Glastonbury.

We will be having rich and honest conversations about what feeling Joy-FULL really means, how to notice more pockets of joy every day (even on the tough ones) and whether laughter really is THE medicine we’re missing in our lives.

I am SUPER passionate about JOY and I LOOOOOOOOOOVE to teach how to intentionally bring it into everyday life instead of waiting for it to happen. I’m a passionate Laughter Yogi and Reiki Healer who is on a mission of GLOBAL JOY and my heartfelt desire darling one is that as we hang out together you get to reignite your inner joy so you can make the most of your dance on this planet.
