  • Today I unpack my journey of running a marathon, I unpack my ‘why” along with the process prior along with some of the science and application it takes to get it done.

    This is the longest episode to date, but I needed it to demonstrate what it takes to dig deep into the mind, body & spirit. Marathon’s shift and change peoples lives & I can safely say that it has for me to be a better version of myself.
