  • Season 1 Reflection
    Dec 27 2020

Join in on a reflection of  the season that was, I really relished this podcast on so many levels. I found it healing to be able to get right into the act of service and giving back to the community.

I am joined by the two brothers that helped me kick start this journey Jamie Thomas (Episode 4 - Man in the arena) & Jack Bulman (Episode 6- Creating safe space) this was a great opportunity to hear their thoughts on the season, the key moments for them & also some thoughts on the year that was 2020.

An awesome way to cap off the season and put the cherry on top.

Remember to stay humble, look after each other & remember that today is the first day for the rest of your life! See ya soon, peace out!

  • Taking stock in the process
    Dec 18 2020

My final solo podcast for the season, I take you into a raw and relevant teaching from another brother that I had to take on recently. The value of taking stock in the process pretty much speaks for itself, if we can just sit in an uncomfortable space even for just a short while we will grow, learn and be better people for it.

I also take a check back at some of the highlights for the season and what was prominent, hold on and enjoy sitting and taking stock in the process!

  • Jeff Hardy - Honing in and valuing the response
    Dec 11 2020

Jeff Hardy is a man who just keeps on giving, a former NRL player with a stellar and lengthy career. But it doesn't stop there for Jeff he has continued his strong application to his purpose into coaching and now mentoring young Indigenous boys through the Clontarf Foundation.

Through guiding young fallas through the journey of life, encouraging them to get educated in both worlds and pursue their love of sport and fitness Jeff has helped establish a formula that works.

Connection to culture is no doubt a key feature in his approach to learning, listen in for his words around turning up, doing the work and always focusing on your ‘response’! Through the good, the bad and the ugly one thing we can control in the ups and downs of life is our response.

A yarn to savor, enjoy this one!
