The real meaning of University is 'The Universe in a City'

I didn't know that until now...

We hear it a lot and there's been a lot of controversial discussions on this claim... I was in a conversation with Samuel Nduka when we tabled his understanding and spit out a lot of facts and it was so insightful... I don't think I want to keep this knowledge to myself... I'll be so self-centered to do such.

There are lots of experiences you gather along the way to achieving goals and these experiences teach you a lot.

There's a reason why we don't grow in a day... We go through childhood, then teenage, then youth, then adulthood.

Opportunities are everywhere but you are not open to them because you don't have the capacity enough to engage them.

What we should be doing is building capacity, not searching for opportunities. People who create the opportunities are searching for capacity. Position yourself to be found.

It's not success we should be chasing, it's relevance. Unfortunately, very few people understand this.
Success is discovered in a journey, it's not an end point. The broader you see it, the more relevance you will be able to build.

A popular saying goes "Success only comes to those who are too busy to chase after it."
