  • Summary

  • Even though I love forest bathing in a group, sometimes you just want some me-time by yourself. Connect with nature and just be you, without anyone else around. I get that! That's why I've created a series of self guided forest bathing walks. I will add new sessions every two weeks. Go out and enjoy! How does it work?- You go to a forest or other natural area of your choice.- Bring your phone or other device to play your audio guide with.- Find a spot where you can stay comfortable and safe.- Play one of the audio guides and connect with nature.- Every session starts with a guided meditation that will help you to open your senses and end with a sitspot.- Every session includes one other forest bathing invitation. If you want more forest bathing, play multiple sessions.- You can let the audio guide play when you're doing the invitation. The guide will tell you when it's time to stop. - It's best if you don't use headphones, so you can hear al the natural sounds around you. Be mindful of the people around you and try not to disturb them.
