    You may not realise it, but diet culture is commonly rebranded as wellness so discreetly, so sneakily that it’s usually not obvious. Whether it’s greens powders, excessive fasting, 70 hard challenges, berberine, juice cleanses, low carb diets, the list goes on.

    In today's episode we talk about just how common it is for diet culture to be rebranded as wellness, my personal experience with falling into the trap of diet culture in the name of health and wellness, and my biggest tip for discerning between the noise of diet culture on social media.
