  • Que triste es que habiendo tanto talento humano en la carcel, este sea desperdiciado, si tan solo la poblacion carcelaria fuera económicamente activa al 100% , estariamos hablando de que no habria margen para el ocio ni para la desactializacion de los presos al salir de carcel, es decir, contarian con la experiencia y capacitacion necesaria para salir e integrarse a la.sociedad mas rápido, ahora todo es un sueño pero en un futuro esto se implementara
