  • Most believe that the physical body (muscles, bones, ligaments, etc) are completely walled off from mental or psychological stress. However that could not be further from the truth. Our mental stressors make HUGE impacts on how we physically feel, well beyond just the pit in your stomach. It causes joint pain, muscle pain, decreased bone density, and all kinds of other difficulties.
