I'm thrilled to dive into an enlightening conversation with you all about midlife transitions, sexuality, and breaking down the taboos surrounding menopause.

    My journey has been anything but linear, starting my career as a computer programmer and navigating through various roles before landing where I am today. It's this winding path, filled with its share of transitions and transformations, that has ignited my passion for empowering women and fostering open conversations about the real changes we face as we age.

    We explore not just the challenges but also the opportunities that come with life's transitions. Whether it's career shifts, changes in our personal lives, or the physical and emotional evolution during menopause, I believe there's power in sharing our stories and learning from each other. I've personally experienced the roller coaster of reinventing myself professionally while also embracing the changes my body and mind have undergone through menopause. It's my hope that by spilling the tea on these often whispered-about topics, we can all feel a little less alone and a bit more empowered to tackle whatever comes our way.
