  • O.K... now we are getting somewhere. Firstly, there's theme music in this one. Besides that though we outline (roughly) our training continuum and principles, what and where and how we focus our energies and conceptualise our training methodology and scope. It's called the Four Spheres, and yes I stole that from Mushasi's Five Rings... but he's dead and I don't think he'll sue.
