  • 毎年12月になると日本三大曳山祭の一つである秩父夜祭が行われます。そんな冬の秩父で美味しいものといえば舞茸。実はこの舞茸、昨年ニューヨーク・タイムズ紙のフード欄で大々的に取り上げられて、今や世界中が注目する食材。ニューヨーク・イースト・ビレッジにある人気ヴィーガン・レストランの『Maitake au Poivre』という一品のレシピが公開されていたのでそれを作ってみると・・・とっても美味しかったです！
