  • 大正3年に上野で行われた『東京大正博覧会』でドーナツが実演販売された時が日本人が初めてドーナツを食べた時だと云われています。ドーナツには大きく3種類あると云われております。ベーキングパウダーを使うものとイーストを使うもの、そして水分の多い生地を回しながら油に入れて作るもの。後者は所謂「クルーラー」ですね。そしてドーナツ繋がりでいえば、山の中にある廃校を利用して膨大な数のドーナツ盤やビンテージ・ステレオなどを集めた『音浴博物館』という素敵なところがあるのです！
