Michelle Walz, PT, MPT, graduated with a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science from St. Cloud State University and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from the Mayo Clinic in 2001. She is certified in Radiant Health Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Accessible Yoga, and serves as an Integrative Wellness and Life Coach. Michelle specializes in chronic pain, pregnancy, postpartum issues, and bladder dysfunction, offering care through mindfulness, yoga, and holistic methods.
