  • Who moved my cheese by Dr. Spencer Johnson
    Feb 29 2024
Book Review: Who Moved My Cheese, by Dr Spencer Johnson, is a book although the story has a simple plot, it had some invaluable insights into how we react to and deal with change in work and in life. The story follows 4 characters; Sniff – who sniffs out change early, Scurry – who scurries immediately into action, Hem – who denies and resists change as he fears it will lead to something worse and Haw – who learns to adapt in time when he sees changing can lead to something better! These characters are searching in a maze for “Cheese”. Each of us has an individual idea of what our “Cheese” is; job, relationship, freedom, health, money, and we chase it because we think this is what will make us happy.
