    20. (pt. 1) Pregnancy: Preparing for Change with Katy Basham and Kiara Revilla

Maya is joined by her friend, Katy Basham and her sister, Kiara Revilla. Katy shares insight into her first pregnancy and her expanded awareness within her body during this sacred time of her life. Kiara is a labor and delivery nurse, friend, and doula for Katy throughout this experience. The 3 ladies bring light to how Katy has chosen to support herself during pregnancy. They explore topics of intuition, nutrition, movement, mental and emotional connection, and communication. Within the discussion they bring a sense of normal in preparing for change, while simultaneously allowing for contentment with the way things are currently. This vulnerability within her first pregnancy and upcoming birth is a beautiful perspective into how she holds herself within the surrender of the unknown.
