  • Today, we are coaching ourselves through transition and changed. We all have seasons of transition and change. It is okay to feel a bit nervous about the unknown. However, you don't have to feel completely out of control during a time of change in your life.

    Focus on what you can control. Today we talk about:

    staying positive and thankful
    putting  a time line on the change
    see it as a challenge not a problem
    think about benefits
    plan out the simple things more during transition
    reflect and journal (don't be surprised if bigger issues come up)
    visual the process
    maintain some simple, basic routines.
