#116- being ok with change, why we hold onto toxic people & quitting social media

  • Summary

  • today we are going to chat about change.

we all go through big and small seasons of change. whether it is as small as how you drink your coffee or your workout routine, to moving to college or changing your entire style…we all change. change is normal, changing your mind is normal, and it is SO SO uncomfortable.

I feel like we limit ourselves so much by fearing change, by fearing the comments that the changes are going to be creating. so, we are going to chat all about it, and how to be more ok with change!

I also give an update on why I privated my main social media account, and why I am trying to be less open about changes in my life.

this is a good episode, and I cannot wait for you to listen-in.
