    令和７年１月６日(月)、イワサキ経営グループは全社員で
    新年式を執り行いました。

    ２年前に決算期を12月末から７月末へ変更し
    長年の伝統だった新年初日の経営計画発表会は８月初旬開催に変更。
    昨年１月は、委員会主導でNew Year Partyとして執り行いましたが
    今年は「新年式」として、ヨッシーとMC竹内さんが中心となって
    試行錯誤を繰り返しながら企画しました。

    その結果、イワサキ経営らしい社員にも、地域にも喜ばれる
    新年式ができあがりました。
